This photo essay tells the story of a woman who enters an elevator at work and is transported into a strange parallel world. Trapped inside a seemingly endless series of buildings, she explores spaces that are beautiful yet surreal, but can never find a way outside. Created as a final project for a photography course at BCIT, the series gave me an opportunity to experiment with composition, lighting, colour, architecture, and visual storytelling through still photography.
